Hi,

The new capability to view the project enclosure in 3D is very nice.
However, I am wondering if there is the ability to view the board only (without the components placed) in 3D. This can be very helpful in inspecting the solder mask for example.

Unfortunately there is no such option at the moment.

Stefanos, It may be a productive to put this request in the "Customer Wish List" section.  Wink

I will also join in the request.
This option would be extremely useful.

Well, it seems that DesignSoft has listened as the latest update (v11.1) actually allows to "turn off" the components on the 3D PCB rendering!

When you run a Transit plot and add A and B cursors you'll notice a Frequency / Slope value. That's there because I asked for it. I was pleasantly surprised to see it included when V10 was released.

So yeah! They certainly do listen to you.  Wink

Cheers,
Chris
